The AquaForte Amalgam 40W Submersible UV Clarifier is a high-performance UV solution designed for direct installation inside your filter chamber or pond system. Unlike traditional pressurised UV units, this in-line submersible UV lamp allows water to pass around it freely, eliminating pressure loss while still targeting harmful pathogens and green water algae.

Powered by an advanced 40W T5 Amalgam UV-C lamp, this unit delivers up to 25,000 microwatts of sterilising UV output with a lifespan of 9,000 hours, making it one of the most efficient and long-lasting UV systems in the AquaForte range. Amalgam technology is known for delivering higher performance and energy efficiency compared to standard UV lamps, making it ideal for koi ponds, quarantine systems, and heavily stocked aquatic environments.

💡 Important: Always ensure the lamp is fully submerged during operation. Exposure to UV-C radiation can be harmful to the eyes and skin—safety goggles and switches are strongly recommended.
